By accessing the Finance Lab Suite digital suite, you agree to comply with these Utilization Terms. Our platform is provided for the purpose of personal financial education and industrial-grade wealth planning.

2. Informational Boundary

"Finance Lab is a simulation environment. All outputs, growth projections, and net worth simulations are for informational purposes only. We do NOT provide registered investment advice, tax advice, or legal counsel."

3. Intellectual Sovereignty

The software logic, mathematical simulation kernels, and the "Finance Lab" visual design are the exclusive intellectual property of UJ Studio. Unauthorized replication of our financial engines or technical articles is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Operational Use

You agree not to utilize the Finance Lab suite for:

• High-frequency automated scraping of our simulation outputs.
• Commercial resale of simulation reports without explicit authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary financial models or technical architecture.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UJ Studio or Finance Lab be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of our calculators. The accuracy of projections depends on user-driven inputs and historical market performance which is not a guarantee of future results.
